Mr Mark L. Denbow

PhD (Lond), FRCOG

Consultant in Fetal Medicine & Obstetrics

St Michaels’ Hospital, University Hospitals Bristol

md

I am a consultant in Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics at St Michael’s Hospital in Bristol (part of University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust), the lead for the regional fetal medicine unit, and co-ordinator for the Fetal Medicine Network servicing South West England and South Wales.

My present position has enabled me to be a senior member of a team that provides the full range of specialist services within maternity care while also having an active involvement in teaching and research.

I am the research lead for Obstetrics and Gynaecology for University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. I remain research active with over 30 publications to date; in particular, I have extensive clinical and research experience in the management of multiple pregnancy, especially in the complications of monochorionic twinning.
